PROBLEM
The problem they were having was educating customers and building their trust in the Mr. Lube brand in order to get them to venture away from doing their vehicle maintenance at the dealerships.
challenges & objectives
The main challenge with this problem was that they were always working to ensure know that they can come to a Mr. Lube for vehicle maintenance and their warranty is not affected. Once customers understood this and visited one of their locations, they wanted to create a repeat customer (objective) so that that customer would come back the next time they are getting their vehicle serviced.

MrLube is a popular Canadian chain of automotive service centres specialising in many maintenance services especially oil changes. It is a franchise with over 170 locations across Canada. Dezino had the pleasure of working with August CP with their new location in Stoney Creek Ontario Canada.

Dezino was able to help by creating graphic designs for flyers, Facebook & Instagram Ads as well as Google Text Based Ads that were very compelling in making consumers aware about the MrLube brand and its benefits not commonly known to the public. Specifically these benefits were communicated in a clear and concise manner that was easier to understand for the target audience. Most importantly the benefits outlined included those which would convince a customer in being a repeat customer.

RESULTS AFTER DEZINO
Thanks to Dezino’s strategic advertising, August's new MrLube location see’s new and returning customers on a healthy and steadily increasing basis. In addition to this customers return to Mr. Lube for their next services. This is very important to Mr. Lube since they offer multiple products. Dezino being able to market them all means that MrLube was able to convert a customer to come visit not just 1 or 2 times a year for their oil change, but perhaps 3 or 4 times a year, if they also do tire changes. Dezino gave MrLube the advantage of saying Mr. Lube doesn’t just do oil changes. They were able to shine the right spotlight to show people how MrLube was able to run multiple offers, concurrently, that both promoted their oil changes, but also other services, like maintenance and tire changes. If a new promotion comes up that they wanted to highlight, Dezino was able to help MrLube update and promote the offers in their various channels to their members.

The people who do come to see us from Dezino come back again! We get repeat customers from Dezino’s advertising. The customers we get are local and targeted to a category we want – people who are working and spend money and drive.
